Admitted to the Courts of the State of New York and the United States Supreme Court.  Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Associated with Casella & Hespos LLP 2001-2002. Member  of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.  Experienced in preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, preparing freedom to operate and validity opinions, and client counseling.  Fields of technology include the mechanical arts with an emphasis on medical devices.
