CDF&S Welcomes Nathan Weber
CARTER, DELUCA, FARRELL & SCHMIDT, LLP would like to welcome our newest associate, Nathan Weber.
NATHAN WEBER graduated with a B.S. in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1997, and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2002. Mr. Weber is admitted to the Courts of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Technical Advisor, Scully, Scott, Murphy & Presser, LLP 2000-2001 (Garden City, New York); Law Clerk/Associate, Frommer Lawrence & Haug, LLP 2001-2006 (New York, New York); Associate, Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP 2006-2008 (New York, New York); Associate, Amster, Rothstein, & Ebenstein, LLP (2008-2009). Mr. Weber is experienced in all phases of patent portfolio development including: patentability investigations, application preparation and prosecution, due diligence investigations, clearance investigations (freedom-to-operate/right-to-use) and associated opinions. Fields of technology include mechanical and electromechanical devices; computer software and business methods. Also experienced in patent litigation having been extensively involved in federal district court litigations for matters ranging from Hatch-Waxman generic drug matters, to consumer goods including baseball gloves, diapers and training pants, and consumer electronics.
