Fuchsberg Law Center, 1995. Admitted to the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Associated with Galgano & Burke (Hauppauge, New York) from 1995-1998; associated with Dilworth & Barrese LLP (Uniondale, New York) from 1998-2002. Member of the New York Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Experienced in all phases of foreign and domestic patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and related matters, patent, trademark and copyright litigation, preparation of freedom to practice and validity opinions, management and licensing of Intellectual Property assets and preparation of research development agreements. Fields of technology include: physics, electro-mechanical/mechanical arts (with emphasis on medical and surgical instrumentation), software design, and control systems.
