Admitted to Courts of the States of New York and Wisconsin and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Associated with Morgan & Finnegan (N.Y.C.), 1986-1990; Dilworth & Barrese LLP (Uniondale, New York) 1990-2002 (partner, 1995-2002). Experienced in all aspects of patent and related litigation (including trade secrets, anti-trust and unfair competition), interference practice and foreign and domestic patent prosecution. Fields of technology include polymers, coatings, chemical purification and separation techniques, hazardous waste management, catalysts, semiconductor manufacture, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, including display libraries, expression vectors and antibody technologies.
